Excellent service, excellent foods, rooms conditions are properly but they need to improve. The restaurant environment with very noise sometimes due to native visitors. Generally, the hotel is very nice, decorations are appropriate and gardens are very beautiful. The entertainment are good.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights the food was garbage, the drinks are worst the employees don’t even recommend for you to drink the nacional drinks they have they know the drinks are fake not local people I mean they make them in someone’s back yard but the worst thing is that they do that to up sell you a “better package” I stayed in a all inclusive resort to be close to the city and friends trying to save some money but in between food and drinks I spent 6 extra dollars just because the food was so nasty I had to exit the resort and go to other restaurants to be able to eat

Bad food, they try to up sell you on everything, bad drinks, employees are not happy working they talk crap about the company in front of everyone that’s including supervisors, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE BAD SERVICE
